Create an email template & how to duplicate one

Easily design beautiful emails and save them as templates for reuse. 

How to create an email template

  • Navigate to the Messaging menu
  • Click on the Templates tab
  • Click New template

  • Enter a name and description for the template

  • Design the email using the email builder
  • When finished, click Save as new template

  • The template will be available to use when in the email builder, by clicking Template then Use a template


How to duplicate a template

  • Open a new email and select the template that you want to be copied:

  • You can make edits to that template
  • Click Template > Save as a new template

How to create an email template from an existing sent email

  • First, duplicate your sent email

  • After, open the duplicated email
  • Save it as a new template


Template definitions

  • Use a template: Insert a template that you've created or a library template


  • Save as a new template: This will save your email as a template. 
    *Please note: If you're already editing an existing template, changes will automatically be updated
