Test emails are just representations of how the email should look when it is sent; they are not actual emails that have been sent.
E-mails appear differently on different devices and in different email clients (like Gmail and Outlook). Therefore, before sending the email to your recipient list, send one to your internal team to ensure that everything appears correct.
How to send a test email
- Start by creating an email or opening a draft
- Once in the email builder, click Preview in the top right
- Click Send test email
- Enter the email address you wish to send a test to. To send a test email to multiple addresses, use commas between them
Click Send test email then click Done
*Please note: Unsubscribe links are not functional in Test emails, your unsubscribe links will be activated when you send the real email.
