Import ticket sales data for multiple events

You are able to import ticket sales data for multiple events via the Events menu.

Before you get started

• You must first prepare the CSV file to import
• Make sure your data includes the Event IDs
• Custom Fields can also be mapped when importing Events + Orders (Bulk) and also Orders into a specific event.

How to import ticket orders/sales for multiple events

• Navigate to the Events menu
• Click on the down arrow ˅ next to the Create event button to reveal a menu
• Click on Mass import

• From the pop up box, select Import orders

• Drag and drop the saved file into the drop box, or click to browse and upload the file from your saved location. 

• Map the fields to the corresponding column headings in your CSV file, then click Import. The time to import depends on the size of your file.

• Optional: add a custom field in the Order information tab:

• Once the import has been completed, the order tallies will appear in the Events menu

• By clicking on an event, you can see more detailed information on the Ticket Sales tab
