Import events & ticket sales data

Before you get started

  • Make sure your data includes the Show IDs and Order IDs
  • Custom Fields can also be mapped when importing

How to import events & ticket orders

  • Navigate to the Events menu
  • Click on the down arrow ˅ next to the Create event button to reveal a menu
  • From the pop up box, select Import orders

  • Drag and drop the saved CSV file into the drop box, or click to browse and upload the file from your saved location. 

  • Map the fields to the corresponding column headings in your CSV file, then click Import. The time to import depends on the size of your file.


  • Once the import has been completed, you'll receive a confirmation email and the order tallies will appear in the Events menu

  • By clicking on an event, you can see more detailed information on the Ticket Sales tab

Ticket Quantity

Event capacity

Event image URL

Mobile    

Full Name

Date of Birth

Discount code


Defining fields

Event ID - The id (usually number) of an Event associated to an Event Name (eg - Event Name: Big Party. Event ID: 01234)
Order ID - The id of the recipient (fan) order for buying a ticket/s to that Event
Show ID is specific to Ticketek
and will only appear if a user selects Ticketek as a ticket provider
