Understand your fans better at a personal level by using Customer Profiles

Before you get started

  • Make sure you have imported contacts to the Audience Republic platform.
  • **Please note that you cannot edit or change a contact's email address**

How to use Customer Profiles

  • Go to Audience Menu
  • Click on the contact you want to view
  • Please note: if you don't have a Pro or Plus plan, you will have limited access to what you can view on a contact's profile.

The Activity tab displays the messages sent to the contact, campaigns they registered for, events attended, and purchases made.

"Opt out" from a list

Clicking the "Opt Out All" button removes the contact from the list, but the list remains on their profile, displaying what they were previously opted into.

It's important to know what you do and don't have access to:



Subscription preferences and dynamic lists

When subscribers click on "unsubscribe," they will see both the regular list they subscribed to and any dynamic lists that they qualify for in their subscription preferences:


In Customer Profiles, only the regular lists will be displayed. The regular lists are what they opted into, while the dynamic lists are the ones that the recipient qualifies for based on the customer’s filters.
