If a tag was applied to multiple contacts, you can still edit it or delete the tag without removing your contacts data information.
Before you get started
How to edit/remove a tag from multiple contacts
- Go to the Audience Menu
- Under Audience, click Tags
- Click the Edit icon
- Select Delete tag or Rename segment
- Changes will automatically be made to the contacts that were tagged.
