How to create a message

Navigate to the Messaging menu
Choose the Messages tab
Click Create and choose either Email or SMS from the drop-down menu

Many email clients, like Hotmail and Gmail, automatically include a "view in browser" option when emails are sent. If you cannot see it, you should consult with your most popular email service provider(s), like Gmail and Outlook, to confirm this feature.

How to check your email file size

To measure the email file size before sending it off, you can check both the weight of the code and the loaded email weight using these methods:
1. HTML Code Size:
- Send a test email to your inbox and download the email as a HTML file:
- Right-click on the file and check its properties to view the file size.

2. Loaded Email Weight:
- Open your email in a browser and use the developer tools (usually accessed by pressing `F12`) to measure the size of the email. Look at the 'Network' tab to see the total size of all the files loaded, including images, CSS, and other assets.
These methods will give you a good estimate of the email file size.

Renaming sent messages

Please note that you cannot edit the names of messages that have already been sent. The only option would be to duplicate the sent messages and then rename the duplicates.
