Easily design beautiful emails and save them as templates for reuse.
How to create an email template
- Navigate to the Messaging menu
- Click on the Templates tab
- Click New template
- Enter a name and description for the template
- Design the email using the email builder
- When finished, click Save as new template
- The template will be available to use when in the email builder, by clicking Template then Use a template
How to duplicate a template
- Open a new email and select the template that you want to be copied:
- You can make edits to that template
- Click Template > Save as a new template
How to create an email template from an existing sent email
- First, duplicate your sent email
- After, open the duplicated email
- Save it as a new template
Template definitions
- Use a template: Insert a template that you've created or a library template
- Save as a new template: This will save your email as a template.
*Please note: If you're already editing an existing template, changes will automatically be updated
