If you're looking to export message insights, our platform provides an export feature that allows you to download the content of your messages. This can be helpful for record-keeping, analysis, or transferring data to other systems.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Messaging menu and have sent a message
How to export Message Insights
- Go to the Messaging Menu
- In the top right corner, click Export report button
- Select a time range
- If you're selecting the Custom range, you must select a start date and end date
- Enable or disable the option to select specific events
- If you've enabled Select Specific Events, then select the field(s)
- Click Apply
- Any linked event that’s had messages sent in that period will be included in the export
- Choose the option to export either: ALL, Email only or SMS only
- Click Export
- All account owners and admin users will receive the export CSV email
- If you do not want specific users to receive the export data, please change their permissions to standard or restricted access HERE
What data is included in the export?
- Send date
- Message name
- Subject
- Recipients
- Unsubscirbe
- Unsusbcribe rate
- Unique opens
- Unique clicks
- Unique click rate
- Event name (If included in the export)
