Steps to sending an SMS to campaign registrants
Step 1: Create an event
Events are required to create campaigns. They can be created manually, imported or synced via an integration. Check out: How to create an event
Step 2: Create a Gamified Campaign
To effectively collect mobile numbers for your SMS campaigns, we recommend creating a gamified campaign* and including “mobile number” as a required field. This ensures that all registrants provide their mobile numbers, making it easy to reach them via SMS afterward.

*Note: If gamified campaigns are not already included in your subscription, please ask your customer success manager to assist you in adding them.
Step 3: Send SMS Messages to Campaign Registrants or Winners
Once your campaign is live and registrants have signed up with their mobile numbers, you can follow these steps to send SMS messages to campaign participants: Message Campaign Registrants or Winners
1. Select "New message" > "SMS" in your campaign's dashboard
2. Select the registrants and name your SMS message
- Please be aware that you cannot schedule messages that are generated from campaigns.
3. Add the message content
4. Click Send Message
