Message campaign registrants or winners

You can send a message to campaign registrants (i.e. send ticket links) or to campaign winners from the campaign dashboard.

How to message campaign registrants or winners

  • Navigate to the Campaigns menu
  • Hover your mouse over the Campaign image to reveal a View Results button
  • Click View Results. This will bring you to the campaign dashboard.
  • Click on New Message then choose either email or SMS



  • On the next page, set up the email basics:
    • To: From the drop down menu, select the recipients (either All registrants, or a particular prize tier)
    • Message name: Name the email message (internal use only)
    • From: Select the address that the email message will be sent from
    • Subject: This is the email subject line
    • Preview line: The email preview text that displays in the inbox
  • Click Next



  • Next, design your email, or choose a template and edit it.
  • Click Next
  • On the Summary page, review the email message details, then click Send Now
  • Please be aware that you cannot schedule messages that are generated from campaigns.
