The footer of your email is located at the very end of your email. It comes after the body content.
Audience Republic automatically inserts your Sender's business name and address at the bottom of your emails which is included in the unsubscribe link.
You can choose to set it as your company's address and an unsubscribe link or choose to add more details like contact information or legal disclaimers.
Before you get started
- Make sure you have access to the Messaging Menu
How to edit an email footer
- Go to the Messaging Menu
- Click on an Email Message
- In the "From" section, click the drop-down arrow and select the sender address to edit
- Click Edit
- Update the Name and Business Address
- Click Update
How to add more detail
- Go to the Messaging Menu
- Select an email that contains the Sender address that you want to add more detail to
- In Step 2: Create your email, select the Text box
- Drag and drop the text box to the bottom of your email body
- Add the additional information in the text box
