You might occasionally notice extra charges on your monthly or yearly Audience Republic bill, depending on your plan type. This depends on how many emails you send and how much contact storage you have for each price tier. If your total contact or send count exceeds the limit of your plan, we will not suspend your service. Instead, an additional charge will appear on your monthly billed invoice.
Audience Republic's pricing guide
Audience Republic's pricing guide can be found on our website HERE. Select the number of contacts and your currency to view the estimated price guide.
When you select a monthly plan, you'll be able to select how many contacts you want to store in Audience Republic. The number of contacts you select determines your monthly send limit and pricing tier. Deleting contacts has no effect on your contact limit.

Additional charges
Occasionally, you may send more emails in a given month than usual, or your audience may grow faster than you anticipated. If you go over the contact or send limit for your tier, you will be charged an additional add-on fee. Based on your billing cycle, this fee is calculated each month.
The monthly bill is calculated by combining the maximum contact amount for the billing period with your feature plan and contact tier. As a result, even if your contact count decreases, your invoice will reflect the maximum number of contacts stored in your account for that month.

How to avoid additional charges
If you notice any additional charges on your bill, you should consider increasing your maximum contact count to the appropriate pricing tier to avoid future charges.
If you do not want to increase your contact limit, here are some other options.
Use segmentation to determine which contacts are not responding to your emails or making purchases from your store. Then, remove the inactive contacts to reduce the number of chargeable contacts for your plan's limit. Check out our guide: how to remove contacts
Instead of sending an email to every subscribed contact in your audience, send targeted content to smaller groups. Check out our guide: Send a message to specific segments
