You are able to import ticket orders data for a single event via the Events menu.
Before you get started
- You must first prepare the CSV file to import
- *Custom Fields also be mapped when importing Events + Orders (Bulk) and also Orders into a specific event.
- Please note, that contacts are not automatically added to a list when manually imported into an event, and manual imports do not auto-unsubscribe individuals from all lists upon import. Typically, integrations handle this process and provide opt-out information during syncing, which then adds only opted-in contacts to a designated list.
- To handle opt-outs, follow the best practices outlined below:
- Check with your ticketing provider to ensure that opt-out information is included in the file.
- Import the entire file, including the Opt-In / Opt-out information as a tag, into the event.
- Remove those contacts who have opted-out before importing the file into a list.
- Check with your ticketing provider to ensure that opt-out information is included in the file.

Event ID - The id (usually number) of an Event associated to an Event Name (eg - Event Name: Big Party. Event ID: 01234)
Order ID - The id of the recipient (fan) order for buying a ticket/s to that Event
Show ID - This one seems like it can be attached to a column that makes the most sense for the Promoter to use. They might have a column called 'Event' that has both the Event name and ID in it, so they could map this to Show ID
