Import ticket sales data for a single event

You are able to import ticket sales data for a single event via the Events menu.

Before you get started

• You must first prepare the CSV file to import
• *Custom Fields also be mapped when importing Events + Orders (Bulk) and also Orders into a specific event.

How to import ticket orders/sales for a single event

• Navigate to the Events menu
• Search for the event to import ticket orders for, and click the ⋮ icon in the top right corner of the event image
• Select Import ticket sales

• Drag and drop the saved file into the drop box, or click to browse and upload the file from your saved location

• Map the fields to the corresponding column headings in your CSV file, then click Import. Time to import depends on the size of your file.

• Optional: add a custom field in the Order information tab:

• Once the import has been completed, the order tally will appear in the Events menu

• By clicking into the event, you can see more detailed information on the Ticket Sales tab
