You can send a message to campaign registrants (i.e. send ticket links) or to campaign winners from the campaign dashboard.
How to message campaign registrants or winners
- Navigate to the Campaigns menu
- Hover your mouse over the Campaign image to reveal a View Results button
- Click View Results. This will bring you to the campaign dashboard.
- Click on New Message then choose either email or SMS
- On the next page, set up the email basics:
- To: From the drop down menu, select the recipients (either All registrants, or a particular prize tier)
- Message name: Name the email message (internal use only)
- From: Select the address that the email message will be sent from
- Subject: This is the email subject line
- Preview line: The email preview text that displays in the inbox
- Click Next
- Next, design your email, or choose a template and edit it.
- Click Next
- On the Summary page, review the email message details, then click Send Now
- Please be aware that you cannot schedule messages that are generated from campaigns.
