Importing mobile numbers with country code

Check your CSV file


1. If the mobile numbers do not contain country codes in front of the phone numbers (such as "+61") within the CSV file then you must have a country column to select during the import process


  • Make sure there are no brackets () included in the Mobile numbers, otherwise an error will appear and it will not import:

2. Map the Mobile number field and the Country field


Review and Finalize

3. Fix the Formatting Errors that are highlighted in red

4. The mobile numbers will change to be highlighted in yellow/orange: 

  • Click on the ⚠️ icon
  • A pop-up will appear with a 'suggested value'
  • click "Accept for ALL cells"
  • The mobile numbers will then be updated with the + country code

  • Click Import

5. After importing your CSV file, you will receive an email to confirm that your data imports were successful:
